We wanted a completely customized trip to Leh and none of the tour operators met our demands until we met Sri Balaji Tours & Travels representatives. He had prepared a detailed itinerary to Leh, thereby making our tour memorable. Sri Balaji Tours & Travels had taken care of all the necessities like accommodation, comfort travel from one destination to the other, food, etc. We had requested further changes to the itinerary and it was done by our coordinator without any hassles. This gesture was very humble and we were very obliged by the same.

The services rendered were excellent. Services of your staffs are prompt and efficient, and they easily tailored my programme to suit my choices. They were also flexible enough to accommodate last-minute changes to my itinerary. It gives me great pleasure to tell you that you have got amazing employees working with you. Customer Care had never been such a wonderful experience for me until I spoke to your agents. Whenever I call any other company it takes me ages to get through the IVR system, but getting through to Sri Balaji Tours & Travels was so simple. And then when I spoke to the Travel Consultant, she was more than generous in giving me the right answers without confusing me. I know working late at night is so difficult but she had amazing enthusiasm and energy to patiently answer all my stupid queries.Your team was very polite in all interactions, even leaving me a voice mail when I was in a meeting.
