Terms and Conditions for Domestic Tours

• Management is not liable for any type of accident during tour period.
• Railway berth depends completely on railway authorites.
• Rate of all inclusive food & lodging, sight seeing up to the point , bus journey is possible (except rail tickets entry fees & guide charges).
• For train and seat reservation advance Rs. 3000/- (S/L) and 5000/- (A.C) cash/cheq per person before 150 days of the journey date.
• After one month ticket with draw part payment hand over ticket xerox copy.
• Final payment would be made before 15 days from the date of journey.
• Food during train journey will not be served from Sri Balaji Tours & Travels.
• Collect details tour programme from our office after booking your seats.
• Luggage per person is allowed up to 15kg..
• Triple bed means extra bed or mattresses.
• Luggage charge per room is Rs.700/-
• Servicce tax as applicable.
• This rate will be kolkata to Kolkata
• D.D. will be paid of company {Sri Balaji Tours & Travels}.
• Parties will bear the cost of pony or dundee for trips to Kedarnath,Vaishnodevi & Amarnath.
• Hotel accomodation is generally arranged family-wise .however,family wise room accomodation is not possible for to amarnath jatra etc.

    RULES FOR CANCELLATION AS FOLLOWS     (AMOUNT SHOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL BILL)

• 55 DAYS BEFOR 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.400-500/- PER SECTOR + 05% P/HEAD
• 40 DAYS BEFOR 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.400-500/- PER SECTOR + 15% P/HEAD
• 30 DAYS BEFOR 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.400-500/- PER SECTOR + 20% P/HEAD
• 20 DAYS BEFOR 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.400-500/- PER SECTOR + 25% P/HEAD
• 10 DAYS BEFOR 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.400-500/- PER SECTOR + 50% P/HEAD
• 05 DAYS BEFOR 1ST AND 2ND CLASS PASSENGERS RS.400-500/- PER SECTOR + 70% P/HEAD
•  If Railway Cancel The Train, The Company Should Be Taken Cancellation Charges 15% And The Rest Of Amount Will Be Adjusted Next Any Tour Within 1 Year.

  * NO REFUND IS ALLOWED IF CANCELLATION     ** IS MADE WITHIN SEVENTY TWO HOURS     *** COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR TRAIN OR AIR CANCELLATION *
